During the boosting process of the boiler hydraulic pressure test, all maintenance work inside and outside the boiler should be stopped. The person in charge of the work must check whether there are other staff members in the furnace before the boost, and inform them to leave temporarily before starting the boost.

When the economizer or desuperheater is tested separately, if there is someone working in the steam drum, the person in charge of the work before starting the water injection must inform the staff in the steam drum to leave.

When the water pressure test is introduced into the water, the personnel who manage the air door and the water supply door are not allowed to leave without permission to prevent the water from scalding other people.

It is forbidden to perform quilting, welding, tightening screws, etc. under pressure operation. If you do not need to tighten the screws, you must first reduce the pressure to meet the safety regulations.

After the water pressure test, the pressure relief or water discharge shall be carried out at the liberation water mains office. If the maintenance personnel perform the operation, the operation squad leader’s consent shall be obtained. After the water is discharged, the operating squad leader must be notified.6. When the boiler is subjected to an overpressure test with a working pressure of 1.25 times, no inspection is allowed during the time when the test pressure is maintained, and the inspection may be performed after the pressure is reduced to the working pressure.
