Double drums biomass-fired steam boiler is a water tube chain grate boiler with two drums. It has reasonable structure, safe operation and long service life.

The main body of the boiler is two longitudinally arranged drums on the central line of the boiler. The front part of the upper drum and the water wall on both sides constitute a larger heating surface in the furnace. The light chain grate is used for combustion, which has simple structure, small fuel consumption, large air leakage coefficient and small fuel leakage coefficient. The combustion condition of fuel is improved and the boiler efficiency is improved.

Electrical control system realizes stepless speed regulation of grate, alarm of limit parameters and comprehensive interlocking protection. Timing control, leak detection alarm, pressure protection, temperature control and water shortage protection are realized to ensure efficient and safe operation of the boiler. Reduce the requirement and workload of boiler operated staff.

It can leave the factory in the form of whole quick-loading, or can be divided into two parts. It is convenient to transport, less installation workload and shorter installation period.
