2. 3. Reduce the load of the biomass energy-saving boiler, thicken the coal seam according to the length of the shutdown time, and its thickness generally does not exceed 200 mm, and appropriately speed up the grate.

4. The length of the compaction time depends on how fast the temperature of the static material layer decreases. The material layer is thicker and the temperature before compaction is higher. The heat loss of the static material layer after compaction is small, and the compaction time can be longer.

5. Only the temperature of the static material layer is not too low, it can be started easily. The burning bituminous coal is generally not lower than 700℃, and the anthracite burning is generally not lower than 800℃. The normal pressure fire can be maintained for 16-24 hours.

6. If you need to extend the time, you only need to start the fluidized bed once before the temperature of the static material layer is not lower than 700 ℃ or 800 ℃, and run for about 1 hour to raise the temperature of the material layer, and then press the fire.
