How to remove dust from biomass boilers?

2021-09-01

Biomass boiler dust removal plan: one is to minimize the smoke and dust generated by the boiler, select the correct combustion method, and improve the level of operation technology; the second is to install dust removal equipment to collect the generated smoke and dust on the ground to the greatest extent.

Biomass boiler dust removal method:

1. Before the biomass steam boiler is combusted, a certain amount of water must be mixed into the fuel according to factors such as different fuels, particle size, furnace type and so on. Generally, bituminous coal and fine coal are mixed with more water than anthracite coal and coarse coal.

2. To achieve full combustion as far as possible, bonding will cause poor ventilation, the bonding part may rush out at any time, and at the same time bring out a large amount of dust and fly ash, and the amount of smoke and dust will be greatly increased.

3. In addition to blowing air into the lower part of the hearth (primary air), it is sometimes necessary to blow air (secondary air) or spray steam in the hearth, in order to reduce smoke and dust and make combustion more complete.

4. Install a high-efficiency water film dust collector or an electric precipitator, because the smaller the dust particles, the more difficult it is to meet the exhaust smoke concentration standard.
