Ensure that the fuel is completely burned. 3. The auxiliary energy-saving auxiliary equipment for the boiler.

1. Different boiler type has very different thermal efficiency.

Among them, the thermal efficiency of electric boilers can reach up to 99%. The thermal efficiency of the oil/gas boiler can reach 92%. Biomass and coal-fired boilers are the lowest, only 80-82%.

Today’s industrial boiler manufacturers are constantly optimizing the structure of the boiler to improve the boiler’s thermal efficiency without changing the fuel. EPCB boiler has a good breakthrough in structure. The thermal efficiency of each boiler is increased by about 3 to 5%. However, the new technology means that the cost of the boiler is relatively high.

However, because the boiler body accounts for the vast majority of the entire boiler system purchase cost, so you can only choose a better boiler type when purchasing.

2. The fuel is completely burned also can improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Taking the briquettes coal as an example, the calorific value at the time of complete combustion is 19.7MJ/kg. When the briquettes are not completely burned, the calorific value released will be lower than this calorific value, and black carbon particles, CO, etc. will also be generated, causing atmospheric pollution. So, how should we ensure that the fuel is completely burned?

1. Ensure the ratio of air and fuel in the furnace, and ensure that the amount of air will not be excessive while ensuring that the boiler fuel is fully burned.

2. Make sure that the air and fuel in the furnace are in full contact, and pay attention to the amount of fuel in the furnace. Just make sure the boiler is running normally.

3. For coal-fired and biomass-fired boilers, the air volume of the forced draft fan and the induced draft fan needs to be adjusted to ensure that the furnace is under negative pressure and that the fuel is fully burned. No black smoke in the exhaust. The dust in the dust collector has no black particles.

The best air-fuel ratio is that the color of the flame is the brightest yellow color. And the deep red color is hypoxia.

4. For oil/gas-fired boilers, precise air-fuel ratio adjustments are made according to fuel molecule conditions. No black smoke in the exhaust. Best when the flame is bright white.

3. Full recovery of the heat in the boiler flue gas can also improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

The normal air temperature is about 25 ℃. Theoretically, the temperature of exhaust gas can be reduced to 25 ℃. However. This needs a lot of auxiliary equipment. It will make the cost of the boiler system very high. The gains will be far greater than the losses.

1. The tail gas temperature of the steam boiler is about 240 ℃. After the calculation of the previous article, we can match the energy-saving device and condenser to control the exhaust gas temperature at about 100 ℃. We can also recover heat from the steam – condensate recovery unit.

2. The tail gas of the hot water boiler is relatively low, but it will also be around 200 ℃. For the same treatment, we can match energy saver and condenser. But don’t need the steam – condensate recovery unit.

3. The tail gas temperature of the thermal oil boiler is relatively the highest. Generally, it will be above 300 ℃. If the boiler is large. It can be equipped with a waste heat boiler. Additionally, equipped with the economizer and condenser, the thermal efficiency of the boiler will be increased by more than 8%. If the boiler is small, only one economizer and condenser are needed.
